All recipes within this website are made using organic and whole foods. And some foods that are minimally processed.  Most plant foods should be organic (refer to my organic page to view the most current dirty dozen list and the clean fifteen) and the poultry should be pasture-raised and/or organic and antibiotic and hormone free. All seafood should be select and wild caught unless otherwise specified. I offer several categories for individual preferences. I will provide recipe sources when they are available.
