Berry Banana

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1 apple, cored and sliced

1/2 cup spinach

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Dreamy Chocolate & Avocado

1 avocado, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks

2 frozen bananas

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1-2 tbsp natural cocoa powder

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Chia Seed Belly Blaster

1 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt

1 cup frozen berries such as acai or blueberries

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp ground chia seeds

1/2 cup ice

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Spirulina Detox

1 1/2 ounce collard greens

1/2 avocado, peeled, and seeded

3 tbsp sliced almonds

1 cup water

5 ounce grapes

Juice of 1/2 lime

1/2 tsp spirulina

1 cup ice

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Go-Go Goji Berry 

2 tbsp dried goji berries

1 cup fresh strawberries

2 tsp honey

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 cup ice

In a small bowl, mix the goji berries with 1 tbsp water. Let soak for 15 minutes. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Spicy Green Tea

3/4 cup chilled green tea

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Juice of one lemon

2 tsp honey

1 small pear, seeded and cut into pieces

2 tbsp plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt

1 cup ice
